Plenty of nice ideas, but maybe not so easy to code/implement. I am not sure how the automatic buy would work ? Maybe with some store credit ?

This is how Auto Buy works: when I choose to buy a game, if it is not available, a window (popup/silverlight) let you plan an automatic buy when available. If my credit is null, the item is automatically inserted in the "to-buy" list (Section Cart will be available by this evening). Very easy. The chart on the left side shows your available credit and it gives you the option to charge it (account linked to Paypal) ; the chart on the right side lists the history of our purchases (last 30 days).

The code won't be too much complicated, ajax and a performant DB. A platform Web 2.0- based will be the plus.
